I'm a BABCP accredited CBT therapist with a specialist interest in OCD and Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD). I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and I also support people with a range of anxiety disorders.
