Cheryl R

Hello, I’m Cheryl, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.

With over a decade of experience in mental health and education, I bring both clinical expertise and a compassionate, client-centred approach to therapy.

I support people experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, low mood, and low self-esteem. You can find out more about my services here

My approach is collaborative, adaptable, and grounded in compassion. I aim to offer a safe, non-judgemental space where therapy feels meaningful and effective.

I’m passionate about CBT and often integrate third-wave approaches such as Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. These evidence-based models offer practical tools to reduce self-criticism, build emotional resilience, and help you move towards your goals.

Together, we’ll use proven techniques to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, empowering you to make meaningful, lasting change.
